Joy Williams is a dedicated community leader and longtime advocate for Germantown schools, bringing over 21 years of serving on various GMSD PTO boards, and even being named the "Volunteer of the Year" by the Tennessee School Board Association in 2025. With a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and 22 years of calling Germantown home, she understands both the classroom and the community. Joy is committed to supporting students, empowering teachers, and strengthening the future of our Germantown Municipal Schools.
